Remote RFX Strategy Director - Procurement

RTX is seeking an Associate Director of RFX Management to establish and lead a centralized RFX function across three SBUs. You will standardize processes, drive efficiencies, and enable enterprise‑wide sourcing excellence.

Collaborate with Commodity Leaders to identify cost savings, manage end‑to‑end RFX activities, and deliver measurable value. You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and governance models, ensuring speed, quality, and fairness in supplier selection.
