Remote Retention & Growth Specialist

Vyve Broadband is seeking a remote RSR to handle inbound calls, promote products, and meet sales and retention goals. You will document all customer information and collaborate across departments to resolve issues, while delivering professional, courteous service.

The role requires strong communication skills, a year of sales or customer-facing experience, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. This position offers full-time hours and a national remote work setup.
