Remote Reservations Agent

Providing personalized booking support, the full-time Remote Reservations Agent will manage reservations across multiple properties, requiring strong property knowledge and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a welcoming approach Assess guest needs to match them with appropriate vacation rentals and manage the reservation process accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, rates, and policies to effectively communicate options and convert inquiries into bookings Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality preferred Familiarity with property management or reservation systems; experience with Revinate and Track is highly desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain rates and policies Proven sales aptitude with the ability to identify guest needs and recommend value-added options Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks accurately
