Remote Registered Nurse (RN)

Compassionate and self-motivated, the full-time Remote Registered Nurse (RN) will provide telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services while working from home in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Conduct nursing assessments and triage using telecommunications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines Utilize critical thinking to identify patient care needs, risk issues, and appropriate health care referrals Adhere to nursing standards and company policies while processing calls and delivering health education Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state and good standing Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute care settings Ability to work evenings and at least two weekend days every two weeks Experience with telephone triage and bilingual skills are a plus
