Remote Registered Nurse (RN)

Seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Remote Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position, responsible for providing telephonic clinical assessments, health education, and utilization management services to diverse patient populations while working from home. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic nursing assessments using established protocols and guidelines Provide health education and recommendations for care based on clinical evaluations Ensure compliance with nursing standards and company policies while managing patient interactions Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state Minimum of an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ER, adult and pediatric care, or acute settings Ability to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously Experience in telephone triage is a plus, along with bilingual skills
