Source and engage top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, market mapping, and cold outreach
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs and hiring priorities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and placement
Provide career guidance, market insight, and consultative support throughout the hiring process
Accounting & Finance recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
~ OR accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, finance, or related business functions
