Construction Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team and build relationships with both construction clients and top industry talent .
Our focus is on large-scale, ground-up construction projects across high-growth markets including data centers, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, and cold storage .
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process , from business development and client acquisition through candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction leadership.
- Source, recruit, interview, and present qualified construction professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across the U.S.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Recruit for positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, MEP Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Safety, Quality, and other construction leadership roles .
- Stay current on major projects, contractor activity, market trends, and compensation.
- Manage candidates and clients throughout the interview, offer, and placement process.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience , with construction recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and business development.
- Strong understanding of commercial/industrial construction and construction terminology.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and results-driven.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, or similar platforms is a plus.
