Remote Recruiting Coordinator - End-to-End Scheduling Pro

IntusCare is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis through December 31, 2026. You will own interview scheduling and coordination, manage multi-time-zone interview panels, and be the primary contact for candidates and interviewers to ensure a polished experience from initial contact through offer.

This fully remote role is based in the United States. You should excel at written communication, calendar management, and maintaining candidate records in Ashby or other
