Seeking passionate individuals, the Remote Recruiter Nebraska will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff for progressive political campaigns in a fully remote, temporary position. Key responsibilities Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate hiring processes through internal tracking systems Carry out full-cycle recruitment tasks, including job ad creation, candidate outreach, and onboarding support Develop and implement strategies to meet hiring goals while monitoring recruitment effectiveness and progress Required qualifications Some experience in recruiting and hiring, or a strong willingness to learn Passion for progressive policies and community engagement Strong technical competency with access to a computer and reliable internet Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
