Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our high-volume team!
You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile accounts. Location: Remote (USA)
Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/bonus
Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
Must have 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Experience working program/MSP accounts through VMS platforms a plus
