Remote RCM Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote RCM Specialist III will manage end-to-end revenue cycle management functions including insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service while acting as an internal expert and assisting with training and special projects. Key Responsibilities Perform assigned RCM activities such as insurance verification, claims submission, and payment posting while adhering to best practices and internal SOPs Provide ongoing training and support to team members on billing and coding procedures, compliance, and best practices Continuously evaluate RCM processes to identify inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve collection rates and reduce aged receivables Required Qualifications Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification and claims submission Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes with various payors Experience with practice management software systems, insurance portals, and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred
