Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Delaware

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care in a fully telepsychiatry-based setting. You will serve a diverse patient population, collaborate within a streamlined clinical model, and help patients access appropriate therapy and follow-up support. The position is designed for a clinician who values autonomy, thoughtful decision-making, and strong patient relationships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $325,000 – $375,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services
• Treat patients with lower to moderate acuity mental health issues
• Manage a diverse patient population across all ages
• Conduct standard session lengths of 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
• Utilize an in‑house referral network for additional therapy support
• Offer clinical decision‑making within established standards
• Maintain control over schedule and patient availability

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license; multi‑state licensing support available
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry‑based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
