Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Utah

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Utah to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This opportunity is for a licensed psychiatric advanced practice provider who will deliver fully remote outpatient care with a strong emphasis on access, quality, and continuity. The role focuses on evaluating and treating lower to moderate acuity patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. You will work within a supported care model that includes referrals, scheduling, and billing resources, while maintaining meaningful clinical autonomy.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Utilize an integrated care model with in-house referrals
• Receive full operational support for scheduling and billing
• Maintain clinical autonomy in decision-making
• Balance patient population according to individual preferences

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management
• Comfort with telepsychiatry and electronic medical records
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous development
