Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Nebraska

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care in a fully remote setting. The clinician will focus on lower to moderate acuity patients, delivering thoughtful evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care. This position is well-suited for a provider who values clinical autonomy, evidence-based practice, and a strong telepsychiatry workflow.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups
• Avoid inpatient or intensive outpatient program responsibilities
• Utilize an integrated care model with in-house referrals
• Receive full operational support for scheduling and billing
• Maintain clinical autonomy in decision‑making and session structure

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post‑graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management
• Comfort with telepsychiatry and electronic medical records
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and ongoing clinical development
