Carbon Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our Collaborative Care Model as a Per Diem Psychiatric Consultant. This fully remote role supports PCPs and BHCMs with population-based weekly caseload reviews and evidence-based treatment recommendations.
You’ll collaborate with an integrated care team, use measures like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to guide care, and provide concise psychiatric guidance to primary care providers. Up to 8 hours weekly, weekdays only.
