Remote Professional Fee Coder (PRN) - ICD-10-CM/CPT Expert

e4health is seeking a Professional Fee Coder for a PRN (as needed) remote role. The coder will abstract data into client EMR systems, applying ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and AMA CPT guidelines, while maintaining a 95%+ coding accuracy and meeting productivity targets.

Responsibilities include querying physicians, interacting with Clinical Documentation staff, and ensuring timely data entry and reconciliation with Revenue Cycle teams.
