Remote Production Specialist

Providing excellent customer support, the full-time Remote Production Specialist will manage communication with homeowners regarding restoration project schedules, maintain customer databases, and ensure satisfaction with completed repairs. Key responsibilities Exceed customer service expectations for internal and external stakeholders Document all interactions accurately and maintain customer databases Initiate and follow up on tasks related to cases, work orders, and service appointments Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Three years of customer service experience required One to two years of previous construction project management experience preferred Reliable broadband internet and ability to work from home required Knowledge of Salesforce, XactAnalysis, and Livegenic preferred
