Contract: 6-10 month contract-to-hire
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of work
- 6+ months of customer service/customer relations experience with healthcare professionals
- Basic Excel, Word & Outlook proficiency
- Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
The Role:
Review Prior Authorization & Appeals requests, assess clinical information, make evidence-based coverage determinations, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare providers. You'll also ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, commercial benefits, and state/federal pharmacy regulations.
