Remote Principal Security & AI Governance Engineer

Avalara is seeking a Principal Security Sales Engineer to accelerate customer trust and revenue by serving as the security authority across the customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with Security, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to ensure security requirements are addressed and risk is managed.

You’ll influence product roadmaps, lead security discussions, and develop compelling security narratives for enterprise opportunities. Strong cloud, AI, and governance expertise are required.
