Remote Premium Auditor

To support the Premium Services Audit team, a Remote Phone & Virtual Audit Contractor will conduct phone and virtual premium audits with insured businesses, ensuring accurate classification and reporting of Workers' Compensation and General Liability exposures on a contracted basis. Key responsibilities Schedule and conduct phone and virtual audits with insured clients, including interviews and verification of business operations Collect, organize, and verify documentation via secure portals, email, or follow-up calls/virtual meetings Prepare and submit detailed audit reports that meet time service expectations while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of work experience in auditing, accounting, insurance, or a client-facing role preferred 1-2 years of independent field-based work experience preferred Proficiency with audit systems and tools; comfort using video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
