NovaKid is seeking a PPC Marketing Manager to grow Easy Start, Novakid’s entry-level product aimed at widening the acquisition funnel and converting users to higher-value products. You will own paid social experiments, primarily Meta and Google ads, in a fast test-and-learn environment.
You’ll monitor spend, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate, analyze results, and translate data into actionable recommendations. Fully remote role with a dynamic team and impact on AI-powered education.
