Two Chairs is seeking a board-certified PMHNP-BC licensed in Illinois to provide remote psychiatry services. You will conduct 55-minute assessments and 25-minute follow-ups, managing medications and incorporating brief psychotherapy as appropriate.
You will collaborate with therapists in an integrated care model, using the shared EHR system, and work with physicians and leadership to improve care delivery. Remote telepsychiatry with adults required.
