Remote Plaintiff Employment Attorney (Nationwide Practice)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
Bonus: 10-25% + Discretionary bonus + Percentage of fees recovered

A nationally recognized plaintiff-side employment practice is looking for a driven attorney who knows how to turn workplace injustice into real wins. This team represents employees across the country in wage and hour disputes and other employment-related claims, handling cases that actually move the needle. What You’ll Do
- Manage a full caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
- Draft complaints, motions, and discovery (propound and respond—no hiding from it)
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle hearings
- Negotiate settlements and, when needed, take cases to trial
What You Bring
- J.D. and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience
- Solid grasp of wage & hour laws (FLSA, state equivalents)
- Comfortable owning cases—this is not a hand-holding environment

- The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 to $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
