Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, the full-time Remote Phone Auditor will work directly with policyholders to obtain payroll and accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all audit work. Key responsibilities Complete audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to gather necessary records Manage assignments through a web-based production system while maintaining customer satisfaction Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping Experience in conducting audits, preferably using the Nexus platform Background in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, or Payroll Experience working directly with the public, ideally over the phone High School diploma or GED required
