Remote Phone Auditor

Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, the remote Phone Auditor will work directly with policyholders to obtain payroll and accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all audit work. Key responsibilities Complete audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies Work directly with policyholders via phone to gather necessary payroll and accounting records Manage assignments through a web-based production system while ensuring customer satisfaction Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping Experience in conducting audits, preferably within the Nexus platform Relevant work experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, or Payroll Experience working directly with the public, preferably over the phone High School diploma or GED is required
