Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Qualify leads and present products/services
Build rapport with customers and close sales
Accurately document customer interactions
Qualifications:
Excellent (ENGLISH) verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service and/or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
Basic typing and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
Reliable high-speed internet, computer, headset, and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
This is a part-time remote position with the opportunity to transition to full-time.
