We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented SSDI Intake Specialists to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with Social Security and Veterans Disability Insurance claims. In this role, you'll speak with potential clients who have already expressed interest in receiving help, gather important information, determine eligibility, and provide a compassionate customer experience.
This is a part-time remote position with the opportunity to transition to full-time.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Basic typing and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
Customer service and/or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
