Remote Pharmacy Technician

Serving as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies, the full-time Remote Pharmacy Technician will deliver timely support across phone, chat, and email while resolving inquiries related to benefits, prior authorizations, and claims. Key responsibilities Field and resolve inquiries regarding mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, and claims adjudication Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and support clinical pharmacists with patient outreach and program enrollment Document interactions and resolutions within internal systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance Required qualifications Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA) 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a health plan, retail pharmacy, or PBM contact center Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit design Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience Ability to multitask and prioritize across phone, chat, and email queues
