The team is moving quickly and is looking for pharmacists who are tech-savvy, strong communicators, and ready to get started ASAP.

Position Details

• Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
• Duration: 13-week contract (possible temp to hire)
• Start: ASAP
• Benefits: Full time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.

What You'll Do

• Provide patient counseling and medication education by phone
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Answer questions about prescriptions, refills, side effects, and adherence
• Clinically verify new and refill prescriptions
• Review prescriptions for interactions, contraindications, dosing, and appropriateness
• Perform final verification in a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy
• Work with prescribers to resolve prescription and clinical issues
• Assist with prescription transfers from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Active Idaho pharmacist license OR willingness to obtain Idaho licensure ASAP (Idaho does NOT have a MPJE; 1-2 week turnaround)
• Retail, specialty, or mail order pharmacy experience
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Comfortable handling patient consultations by phone
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new pharmacy technology
• Hospital clinical pharmacy experience alone will not be considered
