Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Remote People Relations Partner will manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, providing guidance on workplace matters and ensuring compliant employment practices. Key responsibilities: Consult and advise employees and managers on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal counsel to achieve effective resolutions for employee issues Utilize a case management system to track and manage employee matters to resolution Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or compliance Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
