This individual will sit at the intersection of HR operations, systems, and project management, leading high-impact initiatives that improve processes, enhance compliance, and optimize the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong Workday expertise, a structured approach to project execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
This is a great opportunity to support meaningful work while driving operational excellence across People Operations.Day-to-Day:Lead People Operations projects from initiation through completionDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate across stakeholders and drive execution without direct authorityOwn and manage ORM audits end-to-end, including documentation and trackingSupport remediation efforts and compliance initiativesUse Workday for reporting, workflows, and operational supportAssist with system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionPartner with HRIS/ERP teams on integrations and system improvementsProvide support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)Maintain and enhance process documentation and workflowsCollaborate with HR leadership and technical teams to improve efficiency and employee experienceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
