Remote Payroll Analyst (Workday) - AI-Driven & Multi-State

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Payroll/People Operations Analyst to support payroll across the PROG Holdings family of companies. This role can be performed remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates who can work Mountain or Central time zones.

You will own the payroll execution, ensure accuracy, and partner closely with our Payroll Manager to deliver timely, compliant payroll. A strong focus on automation and AI-driven tools will help improve speed and scalability.
