You will guide patients from registration through their first consultation, ensuring a smooth, warm experience and collaboration with providers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include answering inquiries, scheduling visits, registering patients, and maintaining confidentiality. A Bachelor’s degree and frontline customer experience are preferred.
