Remote Patient Billing & Collections Specialist (Healthcare)

The 61st Street Service Corporation provides administrative and clinical support staff for ColumbiaDoctors, a large multi-specialty practice in the Northeast. This Customer Service Specialist I role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office training in the Tri-State area.

You will handle patient and insurer calls, collect balances, and set up payment plans, while updating account information and documenting actions in the billing system.
