Remote Patent Agent for Mechanical & Medical Devices

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Patent Agent to counsel clients and prepare and prosecute complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and medical device patent applications. This fully remote role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

You will draft high-quality U.S. patent applications, respond to Office Actions, and provide strategic analyses on patentability, FTO, and portfolio management.
