Remote Part-Time Neurosurgery Medical Coder

Guidehouse is seeking a part-time Neurosurgery Medical Coder to perform surgical coding for Neurology surgery cases and E/M for associated providers. The role is remote with a 20-hour weekly commitment and requires 3+ years of Neurology Surgery coding and CPC certification.

You will review clinical documentation to assign ICD-10 and CPT codes, ensure compliance, and handle denials per payer guidelines while maintaining HIPAA standards and timely communication with staff.
