Cadwell is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist (EMEA/AP) to provide Tier 2 IT support for international distributors and domestic customers. You will work overnight to align with EMEA/APAC hours, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and advise on infrastructure design and compliance needs.
Responsibilities include software upgrades, server migrations, disaster recovery planning, and delivering training to distributors. Travel may be required, and GDPR/HIPAA familiarity is preferred.
