Remote Outpatient Coder (SDS/OBS) - 5+ Years, Trauma Level 1

e4health is seeking an Outpatient Coder for a PRN, remote arrangement. You will abstract data into client EMR systems following ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS guidelines, and CMS directives, while maintaining 95%+ accuracy and meeting productivity standards. Assign codes for facility-based accounts and query physicians when information is unclear.

Minimum 5 years of coding experience with AHIMA or AAPC credential required; CCS preferred. Trauma Level 1 and teaching facility experience is desired.
