Key responsibilities

- Identify and resolve barriers preventing patients from returning their kits while delivering outstanding customer service
- Effectively de-escalate concerns and create positive patient experiences through consultative conversations
Required qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
