FireWERX is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations for a small, fast-growing team. This role is remote but may require occasional travel and reports to the Deputy Director, Grants & Operations.
You will maintain core operational systems (Google Workspace, Monday.com, Zoho Expense), manage onboarding/offboarding, support budgeting and finance processes, and help document policies and workflows to scale with the organization.
