Podimetrics seeks an Onboarding Specialist to help patients begin their journey with our program. You will engage patients by phone, introduce them to their Podimetrics SmartMat, complete intake, and guide them through the first successful scan that enables ongoing clinical monitoring.
Working directly with patients, you will educate, motivate, and communicate with compassion to ensure patients understand the program value and feel confident using their device.
