Catapult Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct private preventive assessments with our telehealth platform, hosting visits from the Dallas office. You will review diabetes, heart attack and stroke risk, screen for depression, and determine individualized action plans for each patient.
You must hold a TX RN license (Compact) and a TX APRN license, be licensed in at least three additional states, and be willing to pursue 3–5 more states.
