Seeking an experienced Remote Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter, the full-time position will underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review to final decision while working remotely in a fast-paced TPO environment. Key responsibilities Underwrite Non-QM loans, reviewing income, assets, credit, collateral, and supporting documentation Analyze loan files for compliance with investor and program guidelines, issuing clear underwriting decisions Collaborate with underwriters, investors, and brokers to maintain quality and production standards Required qualifications Minimum 4 years of recent Non-QM wholesale/TPO underwriting experience Strong knowledge of Non-QM underwriting principles Proficiency in using Encompass for loan file management Ability to work independently and handle complex underwriting scenarios Excellent customer service and communication skills
