Remote Non-IT Recruiter | End-to-End Hiring Expert

Sunrise Consultancy is seeking a proactive Recruiter with 3–5 years of non-IT recruitment experience to drive end-to-end hiring from sourcing to onboarding. The role leverages portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases while coordinating with clients and hiring managers.

You will screen resumes, conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, and maintain robust candidate records in ATS/CRM and Excel. This is a remote, full-time position with a focus on timely, high-quality hires.
