Role Overview
We are a U.S.-based mortgage brokerage specializing in Bridge & DSCR investor loans. We are hiring a full-time Remote Mortgage Analyst & Processing Specialist to support quote generation, loan packaging, lender portal submissions, and borrower coordination. The ideal candidate works well independently, takes ownership, is strong with numbers, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Run DSCR and hard money lender calculators
- Generate side-by-side quote comparisons
- Submit loans through lender portals
- Pre-underwrite files before submission
- Review borrower documents (LLC docs, bank statements, leases, insurance)
- Calculate DSCR, LTV, ARV, rehab budgets
- Clear conditions and track closing timelines
- Coordinate title, insurance, appraisal, and borrower requests
- Maintain pipeline tracking sheet
Required Skills
- Strong math and financial analysis skills
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel / Adobe / CRM / Dropbox / Corporate Gmail
- Detail-oriented
- Independent problem solver
- Strong written English
- Comfortable working U.S. hours

- Mortgage loan processing (U.S.)
