Spring Health is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join our Care Navigation team as a Mood and Anxiety Specialty Care Navigator. This full-time remote role reports to the clinical lead and supports members with assessment, coaching, referral, and ongoing care coordination for mood and anxiety disorders.
Requirements include LCSW/LMFT/LPC, 2+ years of clinical experience, DBT and motivational interviewing skills, excellent communication, and comfort with telehealth
