Spring Health is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join our Care Navigation team as a Mood and Anxiety Specialty Care Navigator. This full-time remote role reports to the clinical lead and supports members with assessment, coaching, referral, and ongoing care coordination for mood and anxiety disorders.
