ElevenLabs is seeking a Mid-Market Lead to scale and optimize the Mid-Market AE organization in the US. You will own revenue outcomes and team performance, building repeatable, high-velocity sales motions in a fast-growing environment.
You will define GTM strategy for U.S. Mid-Market accounts, coach a team of AEs, manage pipeline health, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, and CS to drive expansion. This role offers remote work across the US with optional office in SF or NY.
