Remote MEP Director of Operations - Mechanical Construction
We’re seeking a dynamic Mechanical Director of Operations to support nationwide project operations. This role is primarily remote , with travel required every other week for 2–3 days to oversee project sites, support teams, and drive operational excellence.
Base pay range
$170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects across multiple regions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop large teams of PMs, Superintendents, and field personnel.
- Drive operational strategy, process standardization, and performance improvements.
- Ensure project budgets, schedules, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
- Strengthen client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Support planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and project controls.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing large mechanical teams and multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
