Coaching a portfolio of roughly ten pods, the part-time Remote Mentor for AI Fellows will provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and facilitate progress assessments for approximately 20 fellows across various host organizations. Key Responsibilities Coach and support fellows through their development, providing structured feedback on pull requests and other deliverables Deliver curriculum modules and co-lead practical assessments, ensuring alignment with the fellows' learning needs Identify and escalate technical issues, maintaining program integrity and effectiveness Required Qualifications 2 to 4 years of professional software engineering experience Experience in coaching or mentoring, whether formal or informal Ability to provide specific and useful feedback on code reviews Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a generalist coaching approach Strong written communication skills for asynchronous feedback
